Part 4

  1. You have a voice- don’t shy away from it and let it be heard.
  2. You have to be your first supporter.
  3. Be a truth seeker.
  4. Believe things get better because they do.
  5. Wield love and kindness as if they are your sharpest sword.*
  6. Go to a mirror and tell the person you see reflected there that they are beautiful and looking great today.
  7. Drink and eat well.
  8. Don’t bury or hide your feelings but don’t expose them to the world either- there’s a delicate balance
  9. Whatever you are going through right now, be that good or bad or somewhere in the middle, learn from it and know it’s all part of a bigger plan.
  10. It’s okay to not get things right on the first go (or the second or third for that matter) but try again and don’t give up.
  11. Stop waiting for love to find you when the love you need resides within yourself.
  12. Don’t dwell too deeply.
  13. I hope you encounter joy upon joy.
  14. You are strong and beautiful and wonderful; don’t you dare let anyone make you think otherwise.
  15. You are loved so very dearly.
  16. You have the power to do so much good.
  17. I want to let you know that your existence has a purpose.
  18. Look how far you’ve come. Now see how far you can go.
  19. There will only be one of you, don’t let that go to waste.
  20. When things are not going so great, remember that this is all temporary and you will overcome this, just like you’ve overcome everything else before this.

*Especially for all the fantasy bookworms out there.
