Because you deserve every happiness
- Yoga- Trying to do some yoga and meditate allows our mind to be free from the day’s events and mindfulness calms the body and your mind- ensuring you take good care of yourself.
- Watch the sunset or sunrise- I find this incredibly calming and makes me feel so much happier.
- Make something- This can be baking, drawing, painting, writing- anything, that produces a productive end result, which allows us to know we can achieve something and it enables one to take a break and focus on this one thing, without other pressures looming over us; even if it is temporary, this can be done whenever you wish.
- Unplug- This can be from social media, negative people or stressful events, when possible, and can be very beneficial for the body. Try for a few hours, a weekend or even longer- whatever you feel comfortable with.
- Smile- This not only makes others happy but yourself, as you smile at others, who may return the smile, and make you feel good too.
