So, to start this month off (which I hope is great for you) let’s focus on you. Write down around 5 or more things you love about yourself; this can be something you’ve done, a personality trait, your smile, your choices- anything- positive that is. And this is because as individuals, we always become so fixated on our faults and flaws, rather than the good things about ourselves. Remember- this is for you and you can keep this to yourself but also feel free to comment too.
I have decided to post daily for the whole of February, sharing a little something with you every day, in order to share and embrace happiness, joy, self-love and more. A bit like a calendar- I hope it helps you all. Let me know of questions you may have x
