#Day 3- 28 Days of Joy
Day 3
For day 3, try making or baking something to share with someone - while doing this, you can destress and take a little time out for yourself and get a rewarding product out of it. Sharing also makes us happy (when we are doing it willingly that is) and will also make the receiver content too.
Some ideas:
Baked goods- from cakes and fudge to conserves and jams.
A handicraft- something made by knitting, stitching, sewing etc.
