A poem

-

Found within, a ruptured, yearning chasm,

Heart constricts and then suddenly spasms.

The wistful wind of frozen cold does seep,

Within channels of the inner soul deep.

Inmost feelings of emotions hollowed,

Past memories of times ago echoed.

Yet the light comes to chase out the darkness,

Feelings before now more than they were less.

Then confined no more, erupts contentment,

With joyous feelings of great sentiment.
