With this three-step method

  1. Visualise your goals. Write them down, as this cements your goal and is a proven way to increase the chances of task completion. Stick it someplace you’ll see it often. Anything to remind yourself that this is what you want to achieve because when you visualise, you idealise and make the goal more attainable. When you do this, you are making the intention to carry this out with the belief you can do it, which is the first step in doing anything.
  2. Optimise your environment to better your performance. Where do you work best? It is probably somewhere with limited to no distractions, a comfortable setting and a great temperature. You have to make your surroundings suit you, as this will greatly influence you. Additionally, keep in mind the times when your performance is at its best; be that at the crack of dawn or dead of night or somewhere in between.
  3. Maximise your results. Do whatever it takes to achieve this goal frequently and in appropriate quantities. Increase these as you go along and feel the need to. Really work on it and try your best because you can do this and you will when you put the work in.

And remember to enjoy it because these are your goals and it’ll be a rewarding process. Don’t fixate on how difficult or trying it may be, rather look at the bigger picture and imagine how it will feel after completion.

I pray for your success and strength!
