How I Naturally Cured My Hay Fever

Runny, blocked nose. Sore throat. Itchy eyes. Or, as I would say as a child, ‘My eyes are rubbery,’ because I was always rubbing them.

Sounds like a cold, right?

But no! It’s hay fever/seasonal allergies. As soon as the sun shows its face, the pollen is in the air and you’ve sneezed for the hundredth time already.

Fear no more, however, for I have a natural cure that may just help. On a hunt for something to relieve me of my aliment, I came across this video:

Desperate to put an end to my hay fever and no longer wanting to take medicine for an industry that profits off pain, I boiled some water (it does not need to be boiled) and mixed it with a little apple cider vinegar. Then, I shot it back.

However, if the taste is unbearable, dilute it with more water. Do not drink the apple cider vinegar without it being diluted, as it’s highly acidic. You can also drink through a straw, to prevent your teeth’ enamel from wearing away and…
